In Jan 2016 I have purchased a washing machine from Giriyas chennai and I was happy with their service so I adviced my relative to prefer Giriyas for his electronic purchase. On 12th Nov 2016 he purchased various items for more than a lakh from Giriyas inversement p ltd Banglore.One among the product is butterfly grinder after the delivery of the products his family members came to know that it is a three stone grinder so they like to exchange with a two stone grinder so on the next day of delivery they asked for the exchange .But Your branch members rejected his request. I’m really feeling very bad .Even for the online purchase they are give a particular period for return .So kindly make the exchange of that product .
