Girias India – Poor delivery, damaged product delivery, rude behaviour with customer

I ordered an Samsung rt27jarmary refrigerator at virugambakkam girias store on 1 st January 2016 which they gave word rodeliver the next day, we waited for 2 days and called them. They said its out of stock and will be delivered in 2 days. On 4 the day we called again for which the sales executive said its still out of stock and if indexed immediately he will give me the fridge which was damaged in the godown due to December chennai rains.he threatened me he would deliver the damaged product ifI force and asked me to wait. WE waited for another 2daysand finally complained to the manager regarding this. He said he will deal with it and sent us the display piece which he had in the shop which had scratches and dust and inside parts side stand and cools pad which they told they would give were missing. We are in a helpless situation, please take action. Please don’t ever buy any products at Girias. Very very poor customer satisfaction, poor quality and poor delivery of products.
