I bought a fridge in exchange offer in Girias on 1st Jan 2016, dealer promised to deliver the product on next day (02nd Jan2016) but they delivered on 03Jan2016 after two three time follow-ups only i got. Dealer doesn’t included the exchange product price in the new product bill. Dealer told me to get the exchange product money during at the time of delivery and took the old fridge without giving the money. when i called them they are asking excuses and asking me to call/come tomorrow… No one is there to listen my complaints and solve this issue. This my worst experience with this dealer.
