Respected sir,
I am Subho Dutta. I had given an interview in Genpect Kolkata, India three months back and I was selected for the training. I was said by the HR that I will be given Rs 6000 as stipend for the training period. I was given one month of training and post my training there was an interview again and I was selected as a process associate. The HR said me to wait until they call me for documentation and background verification. After 10 to 15 days they had called me for the documentation and PHO (pre-hiring orientation) and they send me the offer letter. They said me to wait until they call me for joining. As per the offer letter the joining date was 10th July 2015. I kept on calling them but they kept me waiting. On 24.07.2015 they had called me and asked me to visit the office. I thought it was the call for the joining but when I went to the office I was said as they did not find any interview details of my interview. I reported this matter to the HR and I was told by the HR there was over recruitment done for the process I was selected for and can not give me the job. Sir I feel I have given my best of three months to serve your company and also after receiving the job offer letter from Genpect I hadn’t been selected.
So I pardon to state you sir please look into the matter.
