I wanted to share with you my unpleasant experience I have been having (not done yet, still dealing with them) with GarudaVega (GV). I have made totally 19 calls to GV, so far, but the package has not reached me yet. I am so fed with working with these un-organized & un-professional people who would not even TRY to realize the frustration you are going through. Every time, you call them, they will always say “we need some time please, please, please”. How much time is some time? How much time is sufficient time for them to track a missing package or even find out what the actual issue is? Just because every time they say “please” does not mean that customer is going to agree with giving some more time when already lot of time has been provided. I work for a very big American company that has huge indian community who have been using GV. I shared my experience with them today as I don’t want another person to go through what I have been going through now. I am sure that these people are not going to use GV anymore.
