I had ordered a sofa cum bed from Furnituremartindia online with full payment in advance. After repeated followups I received the product after 2.5 months and that too in damaged condition. The product was delivered incomplete. I have sent mails with photographs to them but they do not respond to any emails or phone calls. I do realize looking at reviews from many others that this seems to be a fraud company.
