I have booked a flight ticket in Spicejet through FlyMantra from Coimbatore to Chennai on 5.10.2015 to travel on 04.12.2015. Due to Chennai floods flight was cancelled. Refund for the cancellation is not done yet. I have mailed the company about ticket details and also no reply or refund from their side.
Please take necesary actions to make the refund as soon as possible.
