I had ordered a women Bedazzle casual 3/4 sleeves top of rps.339 from flipkart on May23,2015.Return request was raised onJun9,2015 for the same from my end.
At the time of return pickup wrong product was picked by the delivery boy.I was not there to return it,my maid gave thim a packet which contained two products of Jabong worth rps. 735 actually instead of the Flipakrt product that had to be returned.In the evening I came to know about this and then I called the delivery boy to come and bring the Jabong items that he took before and to take flipkart product (which had to be returned) but after continuous calls to customer care and mail conversation ,noone from Flipkart team responded WELL and I only got actual refunded amount as 339/- only( actual amount of top) and also I was asked to keep the top itself as compensation also.
But at the I was in loss of top rps 396/- as the Flipkart top was of only 339 rps and picked items at the return were of worth rps 735. Please help me with this.
