Flipkart – Did not get Ordered item or refund sice past 20Days

I have ordered for a Onida Microwave oven worth Rs.4,990/- in flipkart on 1st jan-16. After 6 days, i got call from courier person saying that he can’t able to deliver the item to doorstep and i should collect it from branch office.Since i was out of station,i requested him to deliver the product as they mentioned it as my address is covered under delivery.But he behaved in rude way. then i contacted courier customer care,but got a negative response saying that either i should collect it from their office or else they will send it back to the seller. i was shook by this kind of irresponsible reply and filed a complaint in flipkart customer care. fk encouraged me to stand by on my decision and promised me that they will deliver the product by 24 hours to doorstep itself. When i didn’t get any reply even after 24Hrs, i arranged one of my friend to collect the item from office. So when i called the courier person, i was really shoock to hear that the product has already been dispatched back to seller on previous day itself(Note that My home is hardly 17km from his office and the seller who is at b’lore is around 400km. away…!!)

Then i called fk again, they said the courier person may be lying and asked me to be patient till 48Hrs more. Days went on like this by calling courier and fk every day till 1 day previous to Deadline delivery date(13-jan). On 13th i got a mail from fk asking me to “kindly” cancel the product…!! OK i did it so… Thinking that i will re order it once if i get refund. Then same situation continued till today(20th jan) and till now i did not receive that item or my money… Actually i had order this to give as a gift to my sister’s house warming ceremony( It was on 7th jan and i missed it in between all these shit )
Now as a wonder, when i checked the same oven in fk, they have incresed it’s price by 1000Rs..!!! (now the price is Rs 5,950/-).

Now it became my routine work to call fk customer care every morning, should brief the entire story as different person will be picking call everyday…
Everything caused because no mistake of mine…
No product, No money and only mental disturbance from past 20 days…
Will fk think they can survive after getting curse of thousands of customers who h’ve been cheated like me….??
All these had to bear just for a mistake of trusting in flipkart..
Now i want compensation for this kind of series of cheating by flipkart..
