Flipkart – Delivered brick piece/ Refund Request

I had ordered a pair of Rebok Running Shoes from flipkart on 27/12 /2015against Order id -OD404808134492617000 with price Rs-4783/-. But When the product was delivered on 7/1/2016, I found a small piece of brick.The delivered product is intact and no seal broken or tampered.but when I open the package under inner package I found a small piece of brick.
As soon as I complain flipkart on delivered date.customer person assurance me refund is initiate right now.but till now refund is not initiate.But inform me by telephone from flipkart on 9/1/2016 that refund request is disapprove and closed the refund request.flipkart reason is “product delivered” but product is delivered is not a matter .my complain issue is delivered product is cheated me by packageing under inner package A SMALL PIECE OF BRICK.
More complain by telephone and email on 7/1/2016 and 8/1/2016.but 9/12016 receive call from flipkart refund request is disapprove and closed the issue.
My refund request is reflected in flipkart website with no -Return Id -41674686.
Please file a complain against Flipkart .And please help me for refund and also demand a companssion for cheated customer.
