I had order for two pair of red tape shoes wide order no. 1200385673 dated 31-12-2014 on cash on delivery. i received the product on 4-1-2015 and because of improper fitting I send return request for one pair shoes by sms on 4-1-2015 and by mail on 5-1-2015. But the product was not picked by the Fashionara, in the end on 10-1-2015 i couriered the product which was received by fashionara on 13-1-2015,and fashionara give the conformation mail of receiving the product on 19-1-2015. now fashionara has not refund my money of Rs.1080 & Rs.100(shipping charges) and fashoinara is not receiving the no.180030018000 .
