Holiday package day outing trips

Not able to reach out to any of the fala team members either they have left company or not reachable have payed all package amount.
I had paid the full amount for a package offered by your company, and since then, I have been unable to reach any of the team members despite multiple attempts to contact them. It appears that either the team members have left the company or are otherwise unreachable, leaving me without any support or updates regarding my booking.
The lack of communication and follow-up from your side is extremely frustrating, especially after I have already made a full payment for the services promised. As a customer, I expect timely responses and transparency, but unfortunately, both of these have been severely lacking in this case.
I request an immediate resolution to this matter. Please provide me with an update on the status of my booking and how you intend to address the communication gap. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to consider further actions, including escalating this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
