I am writing to complain about what a scam you guys have created. The way I have been treated is appalling. Booking a deluxe room in A-91, being shafted to a room after midnight after a long flight, forced with my bags in a rickshaw freezing night with men I don’t know to another hotel I hadn’t heard nor would my friends know where I was being taken to . To having a room with dirty sheets not even a nice cover on the bed and a leaking sink, making for a wet dirty stay . Then t give my laundry for ironing and washing coming back folded wet in bags and the other I ironed 3 days after . I am appalled and will be complaint to ezeeloud for the horrendous lack of hospitality and service. As well as deceptive advertising. Thanks for wasting my time in India with unnecessary stress ., now I have to check out with all my jackets and clothes wet in a suitcase in the cold winter. Very upset Evonne andrews I want a refund . Trying upload different photos of everything but it’s not letting me. . There is meant to be an image of the deluxe room advertised, the muddy bathroom, the wet clothes in bags, crumpled uncrowned shirts, the dirty sheets and pillows, torn and discoloured .
