My over all experience with Excel Dwellings has not been good s far, 2 years back we had booked a plot in their project Hyde Park. So far there has been absolutely no development done. They have not been able to event get the approval for the project. They do not have any definite answer on when this would start. I have been hearing since 1 year that in the next 30 days it will get the approval But the reality so far has been upsetting.
