I ordered a soft silk saree@999from ethinik mall through facebook.. But they delivered a wrong product. I tried to contact them through messenger and watsapp but there was no response.. Tried calling their customer service number but nobody picked the call. More over somebody deliberately cutting the phone call. I am ready to return the item but they should refund the money back.
