Adel Landmark Eralier Known as Era Infra developed/ launched a project named as Laurel Garden-1 & Laurel Garden-2 at Sirsa in Year 2007 & 2010.In Laurel Garden-1 all the plots/RoW HOUSING were sold and the company has not only given the possession but most of the registration was done. Surprisingly I came to know through a public notice of IFCI VENTURES CAPITAL FUND lTD( a finance company under Ministry of Finance) that most of the area( ALREADY SOLD OUT) of Laurel Garden-1 is morgtaged with the IFCI since 2012.The Era is defaulter of Rs. 25 crore of IFCI. Now the IFCI is in the process of Auction of that property which has already been possessed by buyers.
When we all buyers gone though the enqiry we further came to know that Era has also taken a loan of 19 crore from Dena bank, New Delhi in year 2012 against the mortgage property of remaining part of Laurel Garden -1 & 2. This loan was also secured by the company when the builder had already sold out the property. This is a clear case of cheating & fraud.
