I spent $2,200 for my order but I havent recieve till now. Sales Rep Ms. Sonia Hungayo Dizon served an agreement letter stated to pay the last 7,300php and I will get the package. But now she is asking me again to pay 4,000 for IBC card. She is not abiding the agreement letter. Please can you help.me on rhis?
