I purchased the 2+1 promo mobile celphones thru fb with your sales representative Ms. Sonia Dizon and was out for shipping last August 29 thru Termex. I was charge so many taxes such as custom tax fee, clearance fee vat fee but until now I havent recieve the package. Accdg to Ms. Sonia the package was hold in the phil port of entry requiring to pay border fee again. I have spend too much on this and i have no money to pay now since I am not expecting this extra fees. I paid the taxes and other fees more than I I pay for the mobile phone. Now I am really confused if this is real or not.
