I have FD No.N73197 for 3 years from 31/8/12 to 30/8/15 with Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for Rs.45000/- The FD has been discharged for repayment by the due date (personally handed over to their office). But the company is not paying the amount. Complaints lodged with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Company Law Board (CLB) & Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Mumbai. Will be highly obliged if you take up the matter with the company for early release of payment.
