Please do not ignore and drag the company by filing case under section 138 of negotiable instrument act. The Managing Director should go behind bars immediately for cheating.

I have registered a complaint with the registrar of companies last week n they have promissed to take action. The case has already been heard at clb mumbai,directing the company to pay the depositors by 24th jan2015 but they have not honoured the judgement.. we all should join hands and take the company to task.
