I have a fixed deposit with elder pharmaceuticals ltd.
the fds was send by me for closure on maturity.
the details are as follows:
name: jaya dodeja
fdr no : C-66201
investment amount is 45000 Rs
maturity amount is 56453 Rs
investment date is 26.12.2011
maturity date is 25.12.2013
i have not received the principal amount till date (23.09.2014) and there is discrepancy in the interest paid ( Rs 10897 was paid instead of Rs 11453)
there is no response from the company via mail,email and the phone lines are not going through.
the money is needed urgently for my medical expenses.
kindly help.
