All of us should come together and file one consolidated complaint / suit against Elder Pharma.before the competent authority like Company law board , ROC and /or Magistrate (for dishonur of cheques). The present share market price of Elder is about Rs.144/- and they are not able to pay the fixed depositors. The share price should have been below par. There is no logic. Only to fool the public. What are the so called regulating authorities doing. Why they are not taking Suo Motto action.

AFTER FLOATING FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEMES AND REPORTING SICK TO ONLY AVOID
PAYMENT TO DEPOSITORS AND THUS DEPRIVE THEM. MOREOVER THE FINANCIAL

I made Fixed Deposit of Rs.20 Lakhs. with the Company M/s Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd., based on the recommendations by the Brokers, M/S Bajaj Capital Ltd.,
My Fixed Deposit R No: No. N60070 dtd.24/09/2014. matured on 24/09/2014. The Principal amount has not yet been refunded by the Company M/sElder Pharmaceuticals Ltd.,so far. The Company is not even making payment of interest on FD. The Company is not responding to all my Registered Letters & E-Mail messages.
The Brokers, M/S Bajaj Capital Ltd., are not in a position to help.

The Company Law Board Mumbai Branch.The CLB ordered vide, CA50-2014 dtd.24/12/2014 that M/S Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd., should pay the Depositors before one month of the date of Order.But the Company is refusing to pay. What is the remedy?

Interest cheque for last quarter bounched by Axis bank. HDFC levied penalty for bounched cheque to my account.

I would also like to join. My parents who are senior citizens over 70 years of age have invested a good sum of money and now getting their interest cheques bouncing back. The principal amount is also not being payed back. What is the remedy to get return of the investment. Forget the return on investment !
