i had ordered Amazfit pace Smart watch from this site and paid upfront payment of Rs. 1849/- and got delivered it on 16th Nov 2018 , but i was shocked and very much disappointed after opening the box which contained some cheap quality smart watch( totally different product )
i tried to call there helpline number( 9711065414) but not able to connect and even mailed them on [email protected] my mail was not delivered due to remote server misconfigured or blocked.
It clearly seems this company is fraund and fooling people by displaying lucrative offers on their site and also on other social networking site
We have ordered a mobile phone for Rs.5000/ as they advertised with higher specs and transferred the cost of the phone.
Meanwhile, we came to know, by this website, many received substandard products. So we tried to cancel the order, but there was no cancellation option. also we tried to contact the mobile number. but as indicated in the complaints they did not attend the call. In this stage we got alerted, informed the police officials, They advised to shoot a video right from receiving the product from the courier person. We did so, with presence of a local legal officer. And while unboxing the consignment received we found it is a cheap chinese product. Continuing the video shoot out we charged the phone and recorded displaying IMEI numbers and the specifications.
We requested to track that mobile number and who are the frequently called from that number as well as from the IMEI. Ans we hope that cyber crime officerswill trace and proceed with.
And the bank account number will ne helpful to proceed with
With proper informations and proof, Facebook, Paytm and social networks may take necessary steps.
And we are sure to successfully carry out legal actions.

Same case for me. I ordered amazfit smartwatch but I got a cheap alternate product. I got it by cash o delivery by Rs 2289/- . When I opened my package i just shocked. The following phone number is always busy and they are not picked up my phone call.
I purchased DM360 smart watch from eexata.com. The product tjey send me was not what i chose. I have been trying to contact them on their given helpline number (9711065414) but not able to connect. They are showing some great offers but then they are sending very cheap and diffrent products. This is veru disappointing and complete fraud
I ordered speria p20 mobile and done payment through paytm Rs5999, but I can’t get any product from eexata, they’re not responding,it’s really fake site, really don’t know what cyber crime authorities
