I just got a alternate Cheap product

Last 26/11/2018 I ordered a smart watch called amazfit pace and it’s look like following image. I got this product today but when I opened the package then I shocked. Yes I got a alternate cheap product. I already sent a email to their support address [email protected] to replace my product or refund my money. After few minute i checked my mail inbox and mail bounce report. The support mail is not exist or misconfigured. Then I’m trying to contact with them by phone call through this number 9711065414 but the number is always busy.
