how to get refund from them.

I had enrolled in edwisor a year before they called me and promised me that this is the best course and they will recruit me in a company.But all were fake promises , they dont even have proper learning system , everything is outdated.They dont even respond to your querys properly and the executives who pressurised me for joining the course had switched of their mobile phones in 1 month.Morever the executive had promised me when joining that they will refund my money if i face any problem with the course.But when i mailed them for refund they completely deny that they had said that and they are not giving me the refund from 1 year.Please beware of this scam and if possible please help me to get refund from them
