My name is Neeraj Kumar i am from distt pathankot i was employ in Educomp solutions pvt ltd. company 514-Udyog vihar phase-3 gurgaon from 23oct2013 to 15march2015. my three months salary 3 months local conveyance and full and final amount is due from long time i had send all required detail as per company rules. but still my amount is pending when i mail HR of company no positive response from company side. i need money very much but i dont know why company is not releasing my amount i m fighting from long time for my rights. kindly help me.
