Salary not paid still after 3 months of resignation

I was a employee of Educomp solutions pvt ltd(employee id: 220016085), i was working as a Smart Class Coordinator in Krishna valley school kupwad,sangli,Maharashtra .The reason for leaving the job was there was no appraisal and increase in salary in the 1.5 years of my service period and also the company started paying salary late so i left my job in oct 2015 and even after completing all the formalities and also submitting Clearance certificates and No dues certificates in Oct 15, they had not paid me the salary for Augest to Oct 15, every time i mail to HR department, they reply me by saying that the following is under process and will be paid to you soon 3 months had passed every time i mail to them they reply me with the same i am going through a hard time and need money urgently to support my family please help me solving this issue.Please take some action.
