Hi, I bought Blackberry Q5 mobile from The mobile store along with Insurance (ADTMS2518183) for liquid and accidental damage. On 2-Nov-15, while i was going on my friends bike, mobile slipped from my hand and followed car tyre rolled over handset. I went to The mobile store to know the procedure and filled claim according to procedure suggested. Edelweiss observed case of total loss of handset and asked me to submit all documents along with handset, box, charger, earphones. I submitted all required documents along with handset to their office 22-Nov-15 and they Mailed me regarding reception of all documents and they forwarded them to insurance company on 24-Nov-15. Also they committed claim will be proceed within 20 working days. I received no update thereafter. I am regularly chasing them for settlement of claim. but they are not giving any satisfactory reply. Neither they are giving any exact date for settlement. Mentioning further details below. Date of incident: 2-Nov-15. Certificate reference no: ADTMS2518183 IMEI NO: 356969053025439 Mobile invoice: 1384/23430 Further i have attached insurance certificate, Repair estimation and mobile bill.
