I ordered a product from Amazon.in using prime service(prime -i.e one day / two day standard delivery) on 26-07-2016 . I got a message from EcomEx on 30-07-2016 as “the product will be delivered today”. But on the same day evening they sent a message as “the first attempt of your product delivery got failed” so i made a call to customer care and got a number of my nearest city’s branch and called them. They didn’t respond properly and said that they will deliver the product on next day ie on 1st of august. But again they didnt deliver. So again I called them on 9th of August and they said the same thing and told lag of employees for them. And moreover my place is not a rural place and all other courier service are getting by us everyday. Very worst and poor service with EcomEx. Today Its 7th of August and its almost more than 12 days But I still i didnt get my product.
