I have purchase a JBL HEADPHONE from ebay.in on 15/11/2015, that product was not genuine so I returned that as per their instruction. I have sent that product by Blue Dart courier on cost RS- 250 (two hundred fifty rupees.) I have call many times but they did not refunded my amount. I have also shared bank account statement. please resolve my case.
