Dear sir,
i bought a laptop battery from ebay.in but the product is not ok and i want my money back. so this i made a request to ebay claim. they told me to ship the defective product to seller, i send the product via madhur courier service tracking no is 8205794920 they ship the product to seller on 23/3/2015 and arrive at seller on 25/03/2015 but seller did not respond of courier executive also not pick up my call on 31/03/2015 at 1:46pm and 1:45pm so shipment is return to me. now the ebay executive told me lie and not giving my money back and also they said to me to ship again.

i have already send the slip of courier on 24/03/2015. they send me a mail as below

Dear sandeep,

Further action was undertaken on your eBay Guarantee* claim. We request you to review it and help us with the necessary information. Please find the details here

Action : Buyer to provide proof of Return shipment

Remarks: ” As per eBay policies we have requested you to provide Proof of delivery copy to us within the given timelines. On checking the records we see that you have not reverted us with appropriate documents. Hence this is a reminder email, providing you with more 48 hours to revert us back with relevant documents at [email protected]. Failure to this may lead to denial of your claim. Awaiting for your earliest response. Thank you for shopping with eBay.”

please help me they are cheating with me.
