I booked a ticket on 20.08.2014 from kolkata to pune. they deducted my money but the ticket was not booked, after calling upon their customer care number they said due to increase of fare ticket was not booked. They made false promise of refunding the ticket amount ( rs 4733) within 9 days. It has been 13 days , no response from their side. They have even blocked my number at their call centre. I think we should complain against them at DGCA and consumer forum court? What you think?
