Hi,
I booked ticket on 1st August but neither it got confirmed and nor I gof the fare back. It did not get confirmed with status saying “Rejected dur to fare change”. I dropped 5 times email but did not get any respond till now. Also, customer care never picks up call. Kindly let me know where to escalate or let me know if i have to file a police case against them.

I am in exactly same situation as you are. Booked flight ticket for goa for 2 people. They sent me some rejection code no money showing in the wallet either. Did u ask for refund in your bank acount.
sir, this is nadeem ahmed from kolkata and i have a travel agency under the name of al fiya travels which is the branch office of exito hotels pvt ltd, situated on royd stree, kolkata: 700016. we had made a booking for a customer on the 16/08/2015 from kolkata to delhi from a site called easygotrip.com having its office as mentioned online at Travel Made Easy Online Pvt Ltd ( EasyGoTrip.com ) Brisa Complex, Shop No. 545 Near Somay Resort, Naika Vaddo, Calangute Bardez Goa Goa , 403516 the amount shown on the screen was 5130 and i had booked the ticket via net banking of my company ac. later in the late eveing i received the mail form them stating ” rejected due to unavailability”. after this i mailed them on their email id provided on the contact us page of their site. but till date i have not got any reply from them and neither has my refund come for the amount of rs.5130/-. before taking this step of complaining i tried them many a time of the phone no: 08326516511 but i have got no response from them so i am taking this step to file a complain against them. i pray to you to please see into this issue and avail my refund from them as soon as possible.
