I had booked 3 seats of Indigo flight for 18th May 2014 from Srinagar to Mumbai on 29th January 2014 via easy go trip , but had to cancel them due to illness in family . On 6th may 2014 , I cancelled my tickets & got response from easy go trip that my amount Rs.15,723/- will be refunded in 15 days . My Pnr no. of Indigo is F4LGGP & Easy Go Trip Refund Number is A151 .
I have made several mails & calls to them , but no response .
To phone calls , they just say we have noted your number & will call back , but not a single call till now .
Please kindly look in to it .
