I booked my flight ticket from a online Site with the name – easygotrip.com
I booked my ticket on 28/07/2015 at time is approx to 12:54 a.m. for Kolkata (CCU) to Bangalore (BLR) and the date of journey was 30/07/2015
The site is showing some special base fare of rs 7231 on the day i booked my ticket with the flight Name indigo and the flight no was 6E-379 with Booking reference no.- ET64295
So the main issue is this when I went to Kolkata (CCU) airport on date 30/07/15 one hour before from the right time 6:10 a.m. when I entered to the airport then the gaurd stopped me at the main entrance and told me that my ticket was not confirmed go and contact with the site from where u booked ticket.
So that the I contact with the site with this no. 085 54 925888 which have they given on site so, they told me the ticket status is in under process so, the amount which has been debited from my credit card they will transfer within a week then I came back.
But, yesterday I went to bank to up-to-date my passbook they told me that some amount debited from credit card which I use on 28/07/15 for an online flight ticket then I was shocked what is this! they don’t refund the balance yet.
I was calling on the same no 085 54 925888 to ask them but they aren’t pickup my call many times I called them.

So, please please please take an action as soon as possible against the site – easygotrip.com because rs7000 is very worthy for a middle class people. Ask them why they charged me even I don’t use the flight and they also not given me a confirmed site
