I booked a flight ticket (ET 61215) online on easygotrip.com on 25th may 2015 but later it was rejected due to fare change and I received email from easygotrip that amount debited would be credited back to my account, however I have not received refund yet.
I have called many times at customer care but did not get any response. I also visited the their address which was given on ticket but when I reached their I found it was a fake address and a police complaint has been filled against easygotrip.com by the building owner.
Easygotrip.com is fraud company.
