We have booked the ticket in EaseMyTrip.com. During payment, we got the error page but money got deducted from the Credit card. Tickets were not sent in mobile and Email. We checked with Customer Care, but they didn’t help us. So we had to mail them about the incident. We waited till evening but didn’t get any response. We booked the tickets from other site. Next day afternoon, the guy from Customer Care sent the ticket and asked sorry for inconvenience which shows that they are guilty. Incident: Confirmation ID:15121500974266 Ticket No: #LNR-355-27685 PNR Number: 6E-I9IQ3G Attached all the mail chains. It clearly says that they were sorry for inconvenience but lately they refuse to accept the issue. Attaching all the mail chains. Its a high amount and I don’t want to loose amount. I want full refund. Request: I see there are lots of complaints against this, why there is no legal complaint taken on them? Thanks & Regards, Priya
