I, Vinay Kumar, purchased one commercial space in earth infrastructure LTD New Delhi in their project at greater noida and invested aprx 19 lacs and company promised me to give assured returns on monthly basis although they have given the assured return on monthly basis through PDCs but later on they started creating problems in this and they used to send PDCs after so much follow up

Now since last 3 months they have not sent even the PDCs worth aprx 55000 rupees for three months and coming months also even after so many phone calls

I received a letter from company that they want my consent to convert the commitment amount or assured return plan with 1 time 15% discount on basic sale price but till now no one is confirming any thing and am not getting any answer after so many follow ups

My request to please ask company to return my all money invested with them with interest as this is not reliable company who is not fulfilling its own commitment on initial stage so I do not have any trust for long term
