All bathroom floors are 1 foot raised that makes the bathroom door height at 6ft. All prominent builders have bathroom floor on level with the apartment floor.

The bathroom floors have to be raised in order to accommodate or run the 6 inch diameter sewage ducts from the bathroom commode, wash basin, bath area, etc., to the drain pipes outside the building.

Considerable amount of money and time is required to cut the concrete flooring to run the ducts below the floor level.

All bathrooms look cheap with raised floors. They also provide noisy, manually operated Deisel Generator and cheap lifts.

Cheap material is used in the common area. They also provide cheap doors and interior finish.

Most of the work get completed only when they are nearing to hand over the entire project to resident’s association.
