Sub:-Driving license not received
With reference to above subject, driving license issued by licensing Authority Chennai (North),
Chennai –Pin 600 099, Tamil Nadu on 25-09-1995 the same expiring date 24-09-2015 license no-03706/NL/ME1/95 before expiry date got NOC –No-R.No.xndis/B3/14 from Chennai .The same submitted to Licensing Authority Tirupathi,Chittoor District A.P for renewal and address change with relevant documents on 21-9-2015.

When I ask status of my driving license to Licensing Authority Tirupathi,Chittoor District A.P “Reply from the authority” documents sent to licensing Authority Chennai (North).Chennai –Pin 600 099, Tamil Nadu.
When I ask status of my driving license documents licensing Authority Chennai (North).Chennai –Pin 600 099, Tamil Nadu. “Reply from the authority” documents not received from Licensing Authority Tirupathi,Chittoor District A.P

Due to above I am not allowed to drive vehicles because no valid driving license, and also I cannot afford to appoint a Driver.

I request authorities to address the issue and help me to get Driving License as early as possible.
