i have ordered a Dress from Drapino which is worth of Rs1669 bearing order noPU153806050716 but the Quality of Product i’ve received was very cheap and i requested for Refund through customer support via email and they have asked me to courier it with our charges and they are even deduction 250 as cancellation charges. i haven’t seen this cancellation charges in any e commerce site they didn’t even mention any such things in their returns policy or Terms and Conditions they are literally looting from people with their fraud service they says that money can’t be refunded to bank account it can only be transferred to Drapino Wallet which is ridiculous. this site is Really a fraud site
