I purchased a dress for 1490 from drapino.com. my complaint is as follows
1. The product is of cheap quality and not at all match the pictures and description given on the website. They are cheating the customer into purchasing low quality at high prices.
2. They charged RS 180 extra as my order shows final amount as 1490 but I paid 1669 to the courier company.
3. On asked to return the item, they only give store credit. This doesnt make sense since after knowing the quaility of their products,who would purchase again from their store.
4. They have asked me to self ship the product and told me that they will deduct another 100 rupees as shipping charges. This is another fraud that sinnce customer is shipping the product, why are they charging extra 100 bucks?
In a nutshell, they are ripping the customers through fraud and cheating. They should be taken to task legally as soon as possible.
