Yesterday (On 24/10/2014) I ordered a cheese burst pizza (farm house), a Garlic bread and Taco Mexicana. The payment for the same is done by me from my credit card.
As per dominos reputation my order must have been delivered to me within 30 mins. But what I got approx 30 min after was a call from Dominos telling me that they do not have material for what I ordered and the order cannot be delivered. I said I already have made the payment the person on the other side said let me check and will revert you.
Approx 18 hours have been passed, till now I have not received any response back from Dominos Hoshiarpur.
I just want to ask Dominos Customer care: –
- What about my payment.
- Was that my fault? (If you do not have material for my order do let me know prior from payment)..
- Where am I wrong? (I am the one who suffered and slept without having anything as my dinner was what I ordered and I did not received that and top of that I waited for that call all in vain)
- I used coupon also while making my order which were I guess valid on/till 24/10/2014 what about that.
- Is this the way you handle your customers, you can check from my mobile number I am a regular customer and this is how you do with your regulars?
I guess I will not be receiving any call from Dominos Hoshiarpur, I have to make a call myself as its I who is suffering not them!!
I live in Hoshiarpur, and I wanted share my incident to get it resolved as soon as possible
Sir/Madam please look in to the matter and solve the issue ASAP.
