Dharani Infra is selling a project in Isnapur quoting it to be HMDA layout but they do not have any approval yet on HMDA website. They have almost taken money from many customers and not doing registrations, they promise one thing and finally do not keep the promise. If ever you go for a site visit you will see the ruthless behavior of both the partners and also none of the executives have professionalism in them. Just call the customer and arrange a site visit and as soon as you reach the site be ready to pay something from your pocket or else get ready to listen bad words. If at all you pay something they won’t let you rest in peace unless you have paid the amount and registrations will take a long long time. Be aware friends!!!! None of their previous ventures are HMDA approved and none of them are completed. They just recklessly search for customers and once you come in the net you land in the pool. Rate varies from customer to customer in 1000s.

nowadays realtors are cheating may customers on various modes. if they had collected money from you even without registration, you can file criminal complainat against them . immediately they may settle the matter. if any deficiency in service, construction ,etc you can approach consumer forum of your jurisdiction.
