I ordered for blackberry z10 and screengaurdon 06.10.14 and i paid 14063. the transaction is completed through payU and i recived a message that the amount was debited, but the ordered product was no generated. till then i contacted the cs several times but i did not get any proper response. all i got is loss of môney. please let me know what i do to get my money back?
