fake and fraud portal

Websites like these are hampering the image of online shopping industry. A huge number of sarees are being displayed on this website but when it comes to deliver / fulfill an order they send a low quality saree which is not worth more than 100. I ordered a designer saree which i like on the first glance but website has delivered a saree which is low in quality. The product is so cheap and poor. I was tried to call to the seller but, No response yet, Please help.
