I had booked a Duplex building Jai Santoshimaa Infrastructure Pvt ltd. on 06/02/2013 and possession date was 06/02/2014. I have already paid 80% of the building value as per stage payment mention in agreement. But unfortunately the builder neither doing any construction work nor giving me possession till last two year.I have already given so many written notice to them but builder not responding these.Due to this I am paying unnecessary interest to bank .
