This is regarding delay in possession of my flat. I have booked my flat (Q-304) in Alliance Nirmaan Ltd, Rudrapur (Uttarakhand) in January, 2013. As per builder verbal commitment for possession was March’2014 but till date I have not got my flat possession. Even there is no one to ans for any of our querry. Office is also shifted to somewhere else for which we dont have any info. Almost full payment has been made through home loan. I have paid more than Rs. 3 lacs interest till date and Rs. 3 lacs for room rent. I am requesting you to help me out to get my booked flat.
