I have booked a 2bhk with Silveroak buildcon’s project named Shriyans in pune. For last 2 years, almost, builder has started accepting bookings but hasnt finalized building plan. builder has changed the layout, floor plan, etc many times but hasnt finalized the plan. there hasnt been allottment of flat numbers for building E yet. Despite repeated follow ups, there is no satisfactory response from the builder yet and they are still advertising the project and accepting bookings by misleading customers.
