i have ordered a lenovo laptop (ideapad y510p) on 24th feb 2014 (24.02.14). i have cancelled the said order on 21st of march, they have mailed me the same day about the cancellation of my order. since then i don’t received any mail or satisfactory reply from them. i contacted the bank (SBI) they said we are helpless, and preferred me to complain on consumer forum. i am going through my exams and i don’t have much time to give. please do register my complain and reply me asap my no.s 9741858147 , 8050439757. thank you Shahadat Khan Belgaum, Karnataka

I placed an order on 14th feb 2014,My order number was 100008963, I cancelled this order on 26th feb. But they are not refunding my money.
And now phone line has disconnected of this company.
